Cancellation & Late Arrivals - Arriving late for your appointment may result in your treatment being cut short, as timings for subsequent clients have to be maintained. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hours notice otherwise 50% of the treatment will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of their booking.
